The distillery, rebuilt in 1964, houses six uniquely shaped stills, including the "Wee Witchie," contributing to its signature full-bodied flavor. This 12-year-old single malt, part of Mortlach's new core range, features a meaty flavor profile achieved through a unique 2.81 times distillation process known as "The Way.”
