Nc'Nean 'Huntress' Organic Single Malt Scotch (2024 Release 'Orchard Cobbler')

Huntress Orchard Cobbler is a limited-release single malt whisky crafted from 100% organic Scottish barley and distilled using Anchor and Fermentis yeasts. Bottled in March 2024, it retains its natural color and is non-chill filtered. The whisky originates from a rare transitional distillation run that occurs once a year when the distillery switches spirit recipes. During this process, altered cut points create unusually high concentrations of fruity esters, producing a spirit with rich, dessert-like flavors reminiscent of cherry, apricot, vanilla, and gentle spice.
