Macallan Harmony Collection 'Jing' Organic Cherrywood Lapsang Tea Scotch Whisky

This single malt is inspired by cherrywood-smoked Lapsang tea, with incense-like aromatics. European oak casks provide structure, dark fruit, toffee, and tannins, while sherry-seasoned American oak adds sweetness and balance. A light smoke note reflects the tea influence alongside a smooth malt profile.

Part of The Macallan Harmony Collection, developed in collaboration with JING Tea. Packaging incorporates repurposed tea leaves as part of the series’ sustainability focus.
