This bottle of Macallan 15 year old Fine Oak Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a highly collectible bottling featuring triple maturation in select casks, namely; sherry-seasoned Spanish oak, sherry-seasoned American oak, and bourbon-seasoned American oak. Aged for a minimum of 15 years, this perfectly crafted whisky offers aromatic notes of wild spring flowers, oak, spice, and vanilla over layers of rich butter and ripe plums. On the palate are splashes of melted chocolate, citrus, raisins, dessert sherry, and more vanilla. A fruit, medium-short finish follows with a slightly tart hint of sherry.
