The Macallan Colour Collection 12 Years Old celebrates the brand’s dedication to Natural Colour and sherry-seasoned oak. Matured in casks seasoned with sherry from Jerez, Spain, this travel-exclusive single malt—lightest in the range—shows a golden oak hue with notes of sweet oak, lemon, and vanilla. Released in September 2023, its packaging, designed in collaboration with artist David Carson, draws from Jerez’s pale albariza soil and features Easter Elchies House.
