Little Book Chapter 1 (2017 Release)

Little Book “The Easy” is the inaugural release in the Little Book series, created by Freddie Noe. It is a blended American whiskey composed of uncut, unfiltered 4-year bourbon, 13-year corn whiskey, nearly 6-year malt whiskey, and nearly 6-year high-rye whiskey. Inspired by traditional bourbon mash components—corn, rye, and malt—Freddie experimented with blending them individually before realizing that balance could only be achieved by adding finished bourbon. The result is a unique, carefully crafted whiskey that showcases the art of blending and pays tribute to the building blocks of bourbon.
