Legent 'Yamazaki Cask Finish Blend' Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Legent Yamazaki Cask Finish Blend is a collaboration between Fred Noe, Seventh-Generation Master Distiller of James B. Beam Distilling Co., and Shinji Fukuyo, Fifth-Generation Chief Blender of Suntory Whisky. It begins as Kentucky Straight Bourbon made from American grain and aged eight years in Kentucky before being sent to the Yamazaki Distillery near Kyoto for finishing and blending. Influenced by the local climate and Japanese blending techniques, this limited-edition release is designed to showcase a unique maturation character and added complexity.
