Laphroaig 'PX Cask' Single Malt Scotch (Pre-2013, Older Bottling)

This Laphroaig expression undergoes maturation in three types of barrels: ex-bourbon casks, 19th-century style Quarter casks, and large Pedro Ximenez (PX) Sherry casks. Initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels, the whisky is then transferred to Quarter casks for added depth and fullness, followed by a final maturation in large PX casks, which enhance its sweetness and richness, complementing the signature peat-smoke character. This version features the older 'all-white' label, used before the Triple Matured PX cask packaging was updated to the current horizontal, maroon design.
