Landy 'Numero 1' X.O. Cognac is produced by Cognac Ferrand, blending eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, and Fins Bois crus. Distilled in copper pot stills, it is aged at least ten years in Limousin oak barrels and further matured in older oak casks. This mahogany-colored Cognac features aromas of honey, dried fruits, sandalwood, and licorice, with a rich, balanced palate and a long, dry finish. It has received a gold medal at the 2011 World Spirits Competition and a 96-point rating from the Beverage Tasting Institute.
