La Luna Chino is a mezcal produced in Etúcuaro, Michoacán, from wild-harvested Agave cupreata by master distiller Patricio Arreaga Peña. The agave is roasted for approximately 120 hours, rested for one week, naturally fermented with bagazo, and distilled in traditional copper and pine stills.

The mezcal is produced using traditional methods and reflects the production practices of the Etúcuaro region.
