Knob Creek Single Barrel '25th Anniversary' Straight Bourbon Whiskey (123.8 Proof) (No Box)

The 2004 bottling of Knob Creek 25 Year makes us want to come back again and again. The aroma is rich with candy coated smoked fruits, roasted nuts, warm spices mixed into brown sugar. A refreshing smell of cucumber also comes through. The flavor is strong, mostly sweet but a light mustiness with dark fruits, cinnamon, clove, brown sugar and maple corn grains. Nicely balanced with a full body that fades slowly with notes of oak, fall spiced fruits and brown sugar.
