Jameson Crested Blended Irish Whiskey

Previously known as Crested Ten, a somewhat misleading name as it doesn't denote its age, the recently rebranded and internationally marketed Jameson Crested Blended Irish Whiskey pays homage to Jameson's early days of bottling their own whiskey in the 1960s. Introduced in 1963, Jameson Crested is highly regarded for its significant proportion of pot still distillate combined with single-grain Irish whiskey. Aged in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, this non-age statement (NAS) whiskey matures for at least three years. On the nose, it offers aromas of sticky caramel, butter, rich sherry, and macerated orchard strawberries with banana and cream. The palate is rich with sherry influences, along with notes of strawberries, cream, hints of honey, spice, and minerals. Meticulously crafted and dangerously drinkable, Jameson Crested is a fruity and elegant Irish whiskey from the first whiff to the final drop in the glass.
