Jack Daniel’s Single Malt Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish is made from a 100% malted barley mash bill and undergoes charcoal mellowing using the traditional Lincoln County Process. It is first aged for a minimum of four years in new charred American white oak barrels, then finished for an additional two years in Oloroso sherry casks.
