Hillrock Estate Single Malt Whiskey

Hillrock Estate Single Malt Whiskey is among the first of its kind crafted in New York since Prohibition. Made from estate-grown barley, it is malted on-site at Hillrock’s own malthouse—one of the first built by a distillery post-Prohibition. This grain-to-glass approach gives Hillrock complete control over quality. After malting, the barley is fermented and distilled in a custom 250-gallon copper pot still, then aged for around two years before being hand-bottled. In 2014, it earned an impressive 95 points from the Beverage Testing Institute.
