Hillrock Double Cask Rye Bourbon

Hillrock Double Cask Rye is a very rare offering from the Hudson Valley. This limited run only produced 90 bottles and was aged for over 5 years. The rye used in this run is even grown at the Hillrock Estate Distillery! The aroma is warming with notes of gingerbread, fall spices and rye spice. It is rich and inviting on the palate accented with the flavors of graham crackers, fall spice, molasses and rye bread. This rye will linger warmly with slight notes of licorice, tobacco and oak.
