Hillrock Cask Strength Single Barrel Solera Aged Bourbon

Hillrock Cask Strength Single Barrel Solera Aged Bourbon is a limited-edition, single-barrel bourbon produced at Hillrock Estate Distillery. Bottled at its natural cask strength of 114.1 proof (57.05% ABV), it is produced using the distillery's solera aging system, in which mature bourbon is periodically drawn while younger estate-distilled bourbon is added to maintain the barrels. Made from a high-rye mash bill of approximately 63% corn and 37% rye, the bourbon receives additional maturation in a barrel that previously held 20-year-old Oloroso sherry.
