Highland Park 'The Dolphins' Single Malt Scotch

After creating The Battle of Jutland whisky for the Royal Navy in 2016, the distillery was honored to craft The Dolphins as an officially licensed release for Faslane’s bars and shops. Launched in 2018, it was matured in refill casks, first-fill sherry-seasoned European and American oak, and ex-bourbon casks. This light yet layered single malt features notes of vanilla, banana, lemon peel, toasted oak, white pepper, and delicate peat. It was warmly received by the Faslane crew.
