Highland Park, located on the Orkney Islands, was reportedly founded by whisky smuggler Magnus Eunson in the 1700s. Unlike other Highland whiskies, its flavor profile lies between Lowland and Islay styles. Revered by whisky connoisseur Michael Jackson as “the greatest all-rounder,” Highland Park 30 Year Old is a rare and undisturbed expression. Aged in second-fill Sherry casks for three decades, the whisky gains a unique salt-air influence from the nearby North Sea, perfectly complementing its toffee notes.
