Highland Park 'Between You and I by Bjorn Frantzen' 16 Year Single Malt Scotch

“Between You and I” is a whisky release centered on the individual and shared experience of tasting, encouraging personal interpretation of the spirit. This edition was developed in collaboration with Björn Frantzén, recognized for a culinary approach that combines Nordic ingredients with French and Japanese techniques.

The whisky was matured for 16 years in a mix of virgin Swedish oak, sherry-seasoned European and American oak, and ex-bourbon casks, contributing to a layered and complex profile.
