Highland Park, located in Orkney just northeast of the Scapa distillery, is one of Scotland’s northernmost whisky producers. First released in 2003 as a travel retail exclusive, the Highland Park 15 Year Old was later added to the core range due to its popularity. Aged three years longer than the 12 Year Old in ex-Oloroso sherry casks, it offers added complexity and depth.
