High West Bourye (2017 Release, Batch 17A04)

A limited-release, bottled-in-Utah blend of 10- to 14-year-old straight whiskeys sourced entirely from MGP in Indiana. It’s composed of two rye whiskeys—a high-rye mash (95% rye, 5% barley malt) and a mid-rye mash (53% rye, 37% corn, 10% barley malt)—alongside a straight bourbon (75% corn, 21% rye, 4% barley malt), all aged in charred oak barrels. It’s bottled at 92 proof. This batch continued High West’s tradition of showcasing mature sourced whiskeys before shifting to younger blends post-2018.
