For each bottle sold, High West pledges to donate 10% of after-tax profits to support the reserve's conservation efforts. This sourced bourbon is aged for a minimum of two years, featuring a mash bill blend of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. The aroma unveils citrus and caramel notes intertwined with warm dill spice, while the palate reveals flavors of spice, caramel candy, vanilla, and hints of anise-infused orange peel.
