Heaven's Door The Bootleg Series Rum Cask Finish by Bob Dylan is a straight bourbon whiskey aged for 15 years, finished in Jamaican rum casks and then bottled at cask.  The aromas of cornbread, cocoa nibs, tobacco leaf and maple syrup will draw you in. The palate has hints of dried apricot, sandalwood, with a nutty richness. The rum cask adds toasted coconut, holiday spice and toasted oak with influences from the sugar cane and rum extraction shines.
