Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Wheated Bourbon (2nd Edition)

Part of Heaven Hill's transparency-focused Grain to Glass series, with each release highlighting detailed production information from seed selection to bottling. Distilled in 2018 at the Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, and released in September 2025, this wheated bourbon was produced using Beck's 6225 corn varietal, entered into the barrel at 107 proof, and bottled at 106.6 proof. The whiskey was aged at the Cox's Creek rickhouse campus in warehouses W5 and W6 on floors 3, 4, and 5.
