Heaven Hill '90th Anniversary' Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Heaven Hill Distillery marked its 90th anniversary with the release of a 9-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon honoring nine decades of family ownership and production. Distilled from the traditional mashbill of corn, malted barley, and rye, the 107-proof bourbon was created from a blend of standard and heavy-char barrel-aged whiskey. The 204 barrels used were produced on December 13, 2015, for the distillery’s 80th anniversary and matured for over nine years in Kentucky rickhouses. Non-chill filtered and aged in new charred oak, the release reflects Heaven Hill’s long-standing focus on maturation, blending, and traditional bourbon production.
