Distilled and barreled in 1973 at Macallan Distillery and aged for at least 30 years in choice ex-sherry casks, the Gordon & MacPhail Speymalt From Macallan. This 35 year old Single Malt Scotch was bottled in the early 2000s by Gordon & MacPhail specifically for their vintage selection range. Rare and collectible, this decadent Speyside malt offers notes of sweet sherry, apricots, and ripe fruits over layers of honey on the nose complementing a palate of earthy peat, wood smoke, and orchard apples, raisins, herbs, and preserved fig-like fruits.
