Longmorn Distillery, founded in 1893 by John Duff and partners, began production in 1894. After financial setbacks tied to the 1898 Pattison crash, it changed ownership multiple times, eventually becoming part of Chivas Brothers and later Pernod Ricard. This 30-year-old single malt was produced by Longmorn-Glenlivet and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail.
