The Glenturret Distillery is located on the banks of the River Turret approximately two miles northwest of Crieff in Perthshire, Scotland. Set within a secluded glen, the area was historically associated with illicit bothy stills, with the surrounding hills believed to have served as lookout points for smugglers. This bottle is a single malt Scotch whisky distilled at Glenturret in 1966 and bottled in 1993.
