Glenlivet 15 Year 'French Oak Reserve' Single Malt Scotch (Older Bottling)

A cut above the standard 12-year-old, Glenlivet 15-year-old is finished in Limousin French oak casks, the same type used for many Cognacs. A portion of the spirit is matured in these casks for a limited time to avoid overpowering the final character. This process enhances the whisky’s intensity, adding rich notes of fruit, almonds, and sweet spice, and resulting in a richer, creamier finish.
