Glenkinchie 10 Year Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Glenkinchie Distillery was established in 1837 by brothers George and John Rate in East Lothian, just under 20 miles from Edinburgh. One of only two remaining Lowland malt distilleries, it is known for producing a light, clean style of whisky typical of the region. By 1886, Alfred Barnard noted the distillery’s exceptionally large stills, which remain among the largest in Scotland today. Glenkinchie’s 10 Year Old expression is aged in traditional oak casks and offers a light, delicate nose, fresh aroma, and a smooth finish with a subtle dry note—reflecting both its Lowland character and surrounding barley fields.
