Glengoyne Distillery is uniquely situated on the border of the Highlands and Lowlands, with distillation taking place in the Highlands while the whisky matures in warehouses in the Lowlands. The distillery is known for its slow, unhurried maturation and strong use of sherry casks. Distilled in the 1970s and bottled in 2013, the Glengoyne 35 Year Old is a sherry-influenced single malt limited to 500 bottles and presented in a custom decanter and display case.
