The 2025 release of George T. Stagg is an uncut and unfiltered Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey bottled at 142.8 proof. Distilled in spring 2010 and aged 15 years and 4 months, it was crafted from Kentucky corn, Minnesota rye, and North Dakota malted barley. The bourbon was double-distilled using a beer still and doubler, then matured in new charred white oak barrels from Independent Stave in Lebanon, Kentucky. It aged across multiple floors of Warehouses K, L, P, N, U, and I, with an evaporation loss of 63%. The whiskey offers aromas of deep oak with a touch of vanilla, a palate of bold vanilla layered with tobacco and ripe cherry, and a long, earthy finish carrying notes of tobacco, vanilla, and enduring oak.
