This barrel was made from the OESK recipe (mashbill: 75% corn, 20% rye, 5% malted barley; yeast strain “K” noted for spicy, full-bodied character). Aged 11 years, it was bottled at barrel strength without chill filtration. The Private Select series allows retailers and groups to select individual barrels, offering unique variations in flavor and intensity while maintaining Four Roses’ hallmark balance of spice, fruit, and oak.
