Filibuster Limited Release Triple Cask Finished In Sherry Barriles Batch 1 Bourbon

Filibuster Cask Strength Triple Cask Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey is produced from a small selection of five- to six-year-old bourbon barrels sourced by Sid Dilawri. The bourbon was finished in 40-liter Pedro Ximénez and Fino Sherry barrels imported from Spain. The barrels, known as “blood tubs,” arrived in wet condition and were used for an additional 60–90 days of maturation. The finishing barrels consisted of 80% Pedro Ximénez and 20% Fino Sherry casks. The whiskey was then bottled at cask strength at 117.47 proof.
