Falkirk “Inaugural Release” Single Malt (September 2, 2020) is the distillery's first whisky, bottled in 2023 after aging 3 years and 1 day in first-fill Heaven Hill bourbon barrels within their dunnage-style warehouse. A non-peated Lowland-style whisky, it was bottled at 52 % ABV without chill filtration or added color, limited to 640 individually numbered bottles. The release sold out quickly and reflects the revival of whisky production in Falkirk, a region without active distilleries since the Rosebank closure in 1993. The whisky's profile offers a gentle sweetness with vanilla and toasted oak on the nose, a balanced palate, and a warm, lingering finish.
