Elijah Craig 12 Year Old Small Batch Bourbon was discontinued in 2016 and aged in charred oak barrels the aroma is lightly smokey with sweet toffee, warm spices, slow stewed fruits topped with a light vanilla custard. The texture and taste are divine with a syrupy viscosity that smoothly blends warm spiced stewed sour apples, black licorice, and sweet Mediterranean malmsey.
