El Tesoro de Don Felipe Tequila Anejo

El Tesoro Añejo is a tequila produced at La Alteña Distillery (NOM 1139) in Arandas, Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, it is aged for two to three years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels.

Production follows traditional methods, including tahona stone crushing to extract the agave juice. The extended maturation in ex-bourbon casks adds layers of oak influence and complexity while complementing the naturally rich character of highland-grown agave.
