Sierra Nevada Brewing 'Colonel E.H. Taylor' Bourbon Barrel-Aged (Bigfoot)

E.H. Taylor Barrel-Aged Bigfoot Bourbon is a limited collaboration between Buffalo Trace Distillery and Sierra Nevada Brewing Company—the first beer partnership under the E.H. Taylor name. This barley wine ale was aged for seven years in E.H. Taylor bourbon barrels, resulting in one of Sierra Nevada’s highest-ABV releases. Produced at Buffalo Trace alongside iconic spirits like Eagle Rare and George T. Stagg, it offers aromas of molasses, a palate of caramel and dark fruit, and a warm finish with lingering burnt sugar notes.
