Doc Swinson's Exploratory Cask Series 15 Year Straight Bourbon (Release #8)

Distilled in Kentucky in 2004 using a mash bill of 78.5% corn, 13% rye, and 8.5% malted barley. Produced on a column still and matured for 15 years in multistory steel and wood rickhouses, it was bottled at cask strength, 114.2 proof, without additional finishing. The release was drawn from 27 barrels and yielded 4,015 bottles.
