Dalmore 'Selected by Daniel Boulud' Single Malt Scotch

The Dalmore Selected by Daniel Boulud was crafted over six months, involving three visits to New York City by Master Distiller Richard Paterson. He selected ten whisky samples tailored to Chef Boulud’s preferences, aged in various oak casks, including Bordeaux and Oloroso sherry. Chef Boulud, with his sommeliers, chose three favorites aged in Muscatel, Madeira, and Port casks. This blend was matured in sherry casks, and aged up to 23 years. It offers a full-bodied profile with aromas of tarte tatin, oranges, and pralines, finishing with creamy fudge and Turkish delight.
