Compass Box 'Delilah's XXV' American Oak & Sherry Cask Aged Blended Scotch Whisky

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Delilah’s, the iconic Chicago punk rock whisky bar, Compass Box released a special limited-edition Scotch in collaboration with owner Mike Miller. This second Delilah’s expression builds on a small parcel of the original 2013 release—an American oak-aged whisky further matured in cask for five more years. To this base, Mike added malt whisky aged in American oak Sherry casks, creating a rich and approachable Scotch with notes of vanilla, spice, and Sherry depth. It reflects the bar’s spirit—whisky made for enjoying, not collecting.
