This bourbon, crafted from hand-selected barrels, is bottled uncut and unfiltered straight from the barrel at over 125 proof. It follows the tradition of pre-Prohibition whiskey-making, reminiscent of Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr.’s time as owner of Buffalo Trace Distillery. Aged in rickhouses built by Taylor over a century ago, the bourbon is remarkably smooth and earned a Gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
