Catoctin Creek 'Rabble Rouser' Straight Rye Whisky

Rabble Rouser is Catoctin Creek's rye whisky, distilled from 100% rye. Unlike its counterpart, Roundstone Rye, Rabble Rouser is distilled at a lower proof, allowing the earthy qualities of the grain to shine through. Aged for four years, it is one of the oldest craft whiskies in the U.S. and twice the legal requirement for straight rye whiskey. While Roundstone Rye is elegant and restrained, Rabble Rouser is more vibrant and bold, according to distillery founder Scott Harris.
