Castle & Key Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon (Batch 2)

Castle & Key crafts its bourbon with a vintage blending approach, prioritizing the best character of each batch rather than uniformity across releases. This straight bourbon was blended from 60 barrels using a mash bill of 73% white corn, 10% rye, and 17% malted barley, aged for at least four years. It shows aromas of caramel apple, peach, mint, and toasted walnut, with flavors of toffee, peanut, graham cracker, and cinnamon, finishing with black pepper and eucalyptus.
