Calumet Farm 8 Year Old Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon first released in 2013 as part of the Calumet Farm Bourbon range, which commemorates the historic Calumet Farm in Lexington, Kentucky. Produced in small batches of fewer than 50 barrels, it is distilled from a mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye and 8% malted barley, aged for eight years, and bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV) by Three Springs Bottling Company in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
