Calumet Farm 16 Year Old Bourbon is a limited, high-proof release in the Single Rack Black line. Distilled in Bardstown, Kentucky, and barreled in March 2006, it is made from a mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% malted barley. Aged 16 years and non-chill filtered, it is bottled at 106 proof by Three Springs Bottling Company. It shows a deep mahogany color with notes of oak, rye spice, dark fruit, toasted grains, and a warm, smoky finish. Each batch is drawn from 19 barrels.
