Buffalo Trace Distillery Experimental Collection 'Spirits Distilled from Grain and Hops' Bourbon (375ML)

As hop-forward beers rose in popularity, the distillers experimented with incorporating hops into spirits. Saaz and Zythos® hops were infused into a raw grain distillate for 30 minutes before being redistilled and aged in charred American white oak casks for 11 years and 7 months. Bottled at 90 proof, this spirit exhibits a distinctly hoppy character with citrus, herbal, vanilla, and oak nuances, delivering bright lemon and orange zest on the palate with a clean, refreshing finish.
