Buffalo Trace Distillery Experimental Collection '1993 Double Barreled' (375ML)

Buffalo Trace Experimental Collection 1993 Double Barreled Bourbon was distilled on April 4, 1994 and bottled on September 15, 2009 after 16 years and 5 months of aging. Produced from just two barrels using the distillery’s Rye Mash Bourbon #2 recipe, the whiskey was re-barreled on December 12, 2001 into charred white oak barrels made by Independent Stave Co. with #4 char and six-month air-dried staves. Bottled at 90 proof, the extended aging and secondary barreling emphasize a deep oak character and a long, powerful finish.
