The Prohibition Collection, pays homage to five lost Prohibition-era whiskeys: Old Stagg, Golden Wedding, Three Feathers, Walnut Hill, and George T. Stagg Distillery Spiritus Frumenti. During Prohibition (1920-1933), when alcohol was banned in the U.S., medicinal whiskey production was permitted under strict regulations. Buffalo Trace Distillery (formerly George T. Stagg Distillery) in Frankfort, KY, one of the six licensed distilleries, produced these spirits. Each bottle in the collection offers a glimpse into history, showcasing unique flavors and stories revived from that era of secrecy and innovation in whiskey production.
