Booker's Batch 2021-01 "Donohoe's Batch" is the first release in the 2021 Booker's Bourbon Collection. Named in honor of retired Jim Beam executive Mike Donohoe, whose support helped establish the Booker's brand, the bourbon was bottled uncut and unfiltered. The batch was produced from barrels filled on two production dates and matured in six different rackhouse locations, resulting in a profile with notes of vanilla, caramel, oak, baking spice, and light smokiness.
